Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Steps for design requirements

Step 1. Create an Account you will need to create an account to upload your designs. Once logged in you can upload your designs, save and edit in the media library.

Step 2. Make sure your file is designed using the specs below.

Step 3. Follow the print file requirements and upload your design.

Step 4. If your design does not meet the print file requirements, follow the steps to reupload your designs when prompted.
